What Is McDVoice?

McDVoice is McDonald’s official customer satisfaction survey portal. After visiting a McDonald’s restaurant, you can use your receipt to provide feedback about your experience. In return, you receive a validation code (or coupon) that can be used to claim a reward — like a free menu item — on your next visit.

Why McDonald’s Uses McDVoice
