30 Day Challenge Ideas: Turn Small Habits into Big Changes
Hi everyone!
I’m looking for creative ways to improve myself every day, and I wanted to share an idea that I think might be useful to the community: the 30 Day Challenge.
Granny Game idea is to do one small action every day but consistently for 30 days, for example:
Day 1: Wake up 30 minutes earlier
Day 2: Drink 2 liters of water
Day 3: Journal for 10 minutes
… and so on, a new habit every day.
The goal is to create good habits, increase productivity, and improve health and spirit.
I want to ask everyone:
Has anyone tried a similar challenge? How did it go?
Does anyone have any good ideas for small actions that can have a big impact in 30 days?
Any tips for maintaining discipline and not giving up halfway?
