Can Someone help me to write my dissertation?

I am Mark Christopher, struggling to write my dissertation, as this is so long report and my professor is not helping me throughout this writing process. process. As there are a lot of requirements to fulfill. I am stuck with the methodology chapter, I need someone who can guide me with this process, and I will pay for this task.
